Credit Cards at your Pharmacy

At a recent trip to my local pharmacy, I spent some time speaking to some of the customers. There were many people who have Medicaid insurance. When using medicaid, the customers informed me that they had to submit there pharamacy bill to the insurance company to be reimbursement for their medications and prescriptions.

This process can be time consuming and a hassle. People lose their receipts all of the time. It is all together a terrible process. Customers want to know how to make this situation an easier task. The pharmacist suggested to use a credit card to make purchases, pay the balance and wait for your reimbursement. In the meantime, you are earning points, rewards and/or rebates.

This is a great option for consumers because you won't lose your receipts and its easier to keep track of all your purchases while earning rewards.
