If you ordered several items to be delivered to the same address, VS will make every effort to send available items together.
If VS are unable to fulfill your order in one shipment, VS may send them to you in separate packages to complete the fulfillment of your order.

3. What is VS Returns Policy?
Refunds will be credited in the same form as they were paid if an item is returned within 90 days of purchase.
If an item is returned more than 90 days after purchase, a return will be administered in the form of a merchandise credit redeemable with your next purchase.

E-gift Cards can be redeemed towards any online purchase. To activate your E-gift Card, you must be registered and signed in to
Your Account at VictoriasSecret.com. After you're signed in, just click on the link that appears in your E-gift Card email.
If you can't click on the link, cut and paste the link into your browser. When activating your Egift Card, make sure your email address
matches the address where your Egift Card was delivered (it does not have to match the email address in Your Account. As you add items to your shopping bag, VS will deduct the cost based on the balance of your E-gift Card.
Your final E-gift Card balance will be visible at Checkout or you can check your balance anytime just by signing in to Your Account.
